During this visit, Kerry will go through your medical history asking detailed questions about your health concerns, perform a personalized physical exam, discuss any recommended lab testing, and introduce you to the beginning of your treatment plan.

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, Visa, and Mastercard and is due in full at the end of each visit.
Appointments may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before the scheduled visit, however cancellations made after this time will be charged at 100% of the visit rate.
